On 21 April at 7:30PM, Víkingur Ólafsson returns to Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Philharmonic to play a recital at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The recital is a part of the Colburn Celebrity 2 Series and is a unique opportunity to experience Víkingur perform repertoire from both of his highly appraised records, ​‘Philip Glass Etudes’ and ​‘Johann Sebastian Bach’ (both released by Deutsche Grammophon).

Víkingur is stepping in to replace Murray Perahia for this recital. Perahia had to withdraw due to a medical setback.
