Former Chief Conductor and current Conductor Laureate of hr-Sinfonieorchester Frankfurt PaavoJärvi makes a guest appearance at the Dresden Music Festival, conducting the orchestra in a special matinee performance with cellist Jan Volger.

On 22 May in Dresden’s Kulturpalast, the concert programme includes Dvořák’s Cello Concerto performed by Volger and Beethoven’s Symphony No.8.
