Han-Na Chang makes her conducting debut with the Gothenburg Symphony on 16 October at Göteborgs Konserthus. The programme consists of Goebbels’ Surrogate Cities, Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto (with the orchestra’s concertmaster Vlad Stanculeasa as soloist) and Prokofiev’s Symphony No.5.

This is her first appearance in Sweden, soon to be followed by a second one with the Malmö Symfoniorkester on 6 November. Chang is already a regular guest in Norway, where she is Principal Guest Conductor with the Trondheim Symfoniorkester.
