Jean-Efflam Bavouzet returns to Queensland Symphony Orchestra to perform Ravel’s Concerto for Piano in G major under the baton of Lionel Bringuier on 17 and 18 October at Queensland Performing Arts Centre. The programme also includes Dukas’ The Sorcerer’s Apprentice and Franck’s Symphony in D minor.

Following these concerts, Bavouzet also gives a solo recital of Ravel’s piano works on 20 October at City Recital Hall, Sydney. Bringuier then leads the Sydney Symphony Orchestra in four concerts from 22 to 25 October at the Sydney Opera House.
