The recital is followed by a masterclass led by Samuel for the students of the Conservatorio de Musica de Puerto Rico on 23 October.
Mariño’s next engagements are in Europe and include recitals with the Gabetta Consort led by Andres Gabetta, L’Orchestre de l’Opera Royal de Versailles , with Concerto di Cavalieri, as well as appearances at Baroque festivals in Germany which include the International Handel Festival (Göttingen), and the Gluck Festival in Nürnberg.
As for Jonathan Ware, his audiences await him with anticipation for recitals at Carnegie Hall with Simon Bode, Vancouver Recital Society for an evening with Timothy Ridout and back at the Boulez Saal with Simone Easthope in their specially curated programme, Kinderlieder, for children ages 1 to 5.
