Božidar Smiljanić returns to English National Opera in the role of Schaunard in La bohème under Alexander Joel.

In his second season as a Harewood Artist, Božidar Smiljanić returns to ENO as Schaunard in Jonathan Miller’s classic production of La bohème under the baton of Alexander Joel. Performances run from 26 November – 8 December 2018.

Božidar also joined the ensemble of Oper Frankfurt from the 2018/19 season with upcoming roles including Garibaldo in Claus Guth’s new production of Rodelinda, Ariodate in Xerxes, and Zuniga in Barrie Kosky’s staging of Carmen. On the concert platform this season, he reunites with John Wilson for Belshazzar’s Feast with City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra.
