This week Alban Gerhardt makes his debut with the Minnesota Orchestra under the baton of Osmo Vänskä, performing on 6, 7 & 9 April at the Orchestra Hall, Minneapolis. The programme features Elgar’s Cello Concerto amongst other works by Bach and Schubert. The concert on 7 April will be broadcast live on Minnesota Public Radio.

Later this month Gerhardt returns to the Philharmonia Orchestra, under Santtu-Mattias Rouvali, for three UK concerts; Bedford Corn Exchange (April 21), Leicester’s De Montfort Hall (April 22) and London’s Royal Festival Hall (April 23).
