As part of his Asia tour, Sir Stephen Hough joins the Singapore Symphony Orchestra and Rodolfo Barraez at the Esplanade Concert Hall on 7 November for the Asian premiere of his piano concerto The World of Yesterday. The programme also includes Emil von Reznicek’s Donna Diana Overture and Saint-Saëns’ Symphony No.3.

Later in the month, Sir Stephen performs in Korea with Symphony S.O.N.G. and Shinik Hahm on 22 November, giving the Korean premiere of The World of Yesterday and appearing as soloist in Grieg’s Piano Concerto. The orchestra will also perform Hough’s orchestral work Agata: a Basque Fantasy for Orchestra.
