On 3 September, Alena Baeva makes her debut with The Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra and Klaus Mäkelä at the Wiener Konzerthaus, marking the season opening of the hall. Baeva performs Prokofiev’s Violin Concerto No.1, with Mozart’s Symphony No.31, and Bartok’s Concerto for Orchestra completing the programme. 

Baeva returns to the Wiener Konzerthaus on 12 and 13 December for two concerts with Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, with regular collaborator Paavo Järvi to play Strauss’ Violin Concerto.
