
JAVIER PERIANES TOURS AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

In July and August 2025, Javier Perianes will perform a series of concerts across Australia and New Zealand as part of a seven-week tour.
Starting with Adelaide Symphony Orchestra for two concerts at Adelaide Town Hall on 4 and 5 July, Perianes plays Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No.5 alongside conductor Emilia Hoving.
After this, Perianes joins Queensland Symphony Orchestra for two concerts at QPAC Concert Hall on 11 and 12 July playing Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No.3 under Pablo Gonzalez.
Then travelling to New Zealand, Perianes performs again with Emilia Hoving to play Falla’s Nights in the Garden of Spain and Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G Major in Wellington on 17 July and Christchurch on 19 July with New Zealand Symphony Orchestra. The concert in Wellington is broadcast live on Radio New Zealand.
Perianes returns to UKARIA for a recital on 27 July with a programme featuring Albeniz, Scarlatti, and Granados.
Returning to Sydney Symphony Orchestra for the fourth year in a row, Perianes plays in four concerts from 30 July to 2 August at Sydney Opera House conducted by Kevin John Edusei, which will feature Saint-Saëns’ Piano Concerto No.5. The concert on 1 August is recorded for broadcast on 28 August on ABC Classic.
Then going back to New Zealand, Perianes plays at Auckland Town Hall with Auckland Philharmonic and conductor Jun Märkl on 7 August to once again play Saint-Saëns’ Piano Concerto No.5, broadcast live on Radio New Zealand.
The tour concludes with a concert on 15 August with Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra at Federation Concert Hall with conductor Eivind Aadland. This concert is livestreamed on the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra website and features Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No.5.
