Mishka Rushdie Momen makes her debut at Aldeburgh Festival on 16 June in the Britten Studio. The specially curated recital programme combines works by Byrd, Gibbons and Bull from Rushdie Momen’s recording, Reformation, with contemporary works by George Benjamin, Thomas Ades, and Daniel Kidane, the latter being a featured artist at Aldeburgh Festival. Also included is Héloïse Werner’s an inviting object, which was written for and premiered by Rushdie Momen at the Lucerne Festival.
