ANGELA HEWITT RETURNS TO CARNEGIE HALL
9/6/2025
After many years, Angela Hewitt returns to Carnegie Hall to play-direct with Orchestra St. Luke’s in Zankel Hall.
On 17 June, Hewitt presents an eclectic program as part of the Orchestra’s Bach Festival, featuring J. S. Bach’s Concerto in G minor and his Concerto in D minor. She also performs Mozart’s Quintet for Piano and Winds, and Mozart’s Concerto No.17 in G major, continuing her ambitious Mozart Odyssey project.
Whilst in the US, audiences can also see Hewitt in recital, celebrating 50 years of performing Bach’s Goldberg Variations, first at the Ravinia Festival on June 11 and Rockport Chamber Music Festival on June 13, where she will open the Festival.
