After a long break, Paavo Järvi returns to conduct The Philadelphia Orchestra with concerts on 21, 22 and 23 March at the Kimmel Center for Performing Arts. The repertoire features Debussy’s Prélude à L’Apres-midi d’un faune, Prokofiev’s Symphony No.5, as well as the US premiere of Connesson’s Concerto da Requiem with organist Christian Schmitt.
