Javier Perianes joins Royal Philharmonic Orchestra once again, this time under the baton of the orchestra’s Music Director, Vasily Petrenko, to perform Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G on 8 February at Royal Festival Hall. The programme also contains excerpts from Prokofiev’s Suites from Romeo and Juliet, Wagner’s Prelude and Liebestod from Tristan und Isolde, and Scriabin’s The Poem of Ecstasy. 

Javier Perianes was last at the Royal Festival Hall just one year ago with London Philharmonic Orchestra to premiere a piano concerto by Jimmy López Bellido​, which was dedicated to Perianes.
