Javier Perianes debuts at KONZERTHAUSBERLIN&GEWANDHAUSLEIPZIG
Javier Perianes returns to Germany for two major orchestral debuts this month, performing first with the Konzerthausorchester Berlin under Antonio Méndez on 22, 23 and 24 November in Berlin’s Konzerthaus, followed by the Gewandhausorchester Leipzig and conductor Marin Alsop the following week on 29, 30 November and 1 December in Leipzig’s Gewandhaus. Both programmes feature Ravel’s Piano Concerto.
Perianes will return to Germany in the Spring for recitals at the Philharmonie Essen and the Alte Oper Frankfurt as part of an extensive European tour that will bring him also to cities such as London, Paris, Oslo, Lisbon, Istanbul, Barcelona and Madrid, with a programme comprising works by Chopin, Debussy and Falla.
