Sol Gabetta makes her New York concert debut this week at the Mostly Mozart Festival, performing Haydn’s Cello Concerto No.1 with the Festival Orchestra and conductor Cornelius Meister at Avery Fisher Hall on 4 and 5 August.

On 5 August Gabetta also appears at a late-night recital with pianist Ilya Yakushev at the Kaplan Penthouse in Mostly Mozart’s ​‘Little Night Music’ series. They perform Rachmaninoff’s Cello Sonata and Servais’ Fantaisie sur deux Airs russes and the recital is streamed live online by medici​.tv.
