On 24 May Christian Tetzlaff performs Beethoven’s Violin Concerto with the London Symphony Orchestra and regular collaborator Daniel Harding. The concert is part of the LSO International Violin Festival, and also features Brahms’ German Requiem.

Prior to this concert, Christian gives an all-Bach solo recital at LSO St Luke’s on 21 May. The lunchtime recital is recorded for future broadcast on BBC Radio 3, and includes Partita No.2 and Violin Sonata No.3.

Christian’s last London appearance was at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, where he performed solo violin pieces by Bach and Bartók.
