Virtual Circle is a concert streaming and digital content platform built with the classical music industry in mind. We support creative programming on the platform to not only promote the concert but allow audiences to engage with the artists and the performance, by providing a concert ‘look and feel’.
Leading international classical music agency HarrisonParrott has partnered with 7Digital and eMusicLive to create this new digital concert platform.
Visit virtual circle to browse our full concert listings. Click the BOOK NOW button to take you to the concert page. From here click GET TICKET and either log in if you already have an account, or create an account to book your ticket.
Yes! You can access all of the features on the concert page before the concert takes place. Here you will be able to purchase albums, read the programme notes, click on the resources buttons to find out more about the artists, and use the social media share icons.
The concert platform is fully mobile responsive and can be accessed by the URL of the concert page.

Please test your access to the concert and internet connection in advance to avoid disappointment or technical issues. To watch a live event that you have paid for, you first need to be logged into your emusiclive account. Do this by clicking the link in your payment confirmation and reminder emails and entering your email address and the password that you created when you purchased access. If you log in before the live event starts, the video will display with a countdown timer. As soon as we start our live stream events a logo holding page will appear for approx 1 minute; you don’t need to refresh the page – this will happen automatically. Please be aware that in the unlikely event of technical difficulties, the stream may be disrupted for a short period of time.
If you arrive during the performance, you will not be able to rewind the live stream, but you will be able to watch the remainder of the event.
To watch the concert you will need the URL (in your e‑ticket) and you will need to be logged into your account.
No, only one device can be logged into your account to watch the concert.
Videos are only available for the duration of the concert.
This will be indicated in the performance programme notes.
At the current time there is no app for the platform.
Vimeo sets the video quality according to the user’s connection so people on their phone will naturally see a lower quality video because they’re on a mobile network that has a weaker connection than a PC on Wi-Fi or hardwired computer. To have a great concert experience please ensure you are able to access a strong internet connection.
Yes, the chat function is on the right-hand side bar. You will see a red dot next to the chat icon to indicate that there are messages in the chat. Click on the chat icon to reveal the chat stream.
Yes you can buy high resolution download albums from the performers inside the platform without having to leave the performance.
Each concert listing will indicate which time zones are available. Click the correct time zone link for your region to purchase a ticket.

This ticketing model is not about offering shows for free or devaluing productions in any way — instead it is about making tickets more accessible to audiences. Customers pay their desired amount upfront for a performance selected from a sliding scale of prices. Pay the price that works for you. But when choosing your price please consider the number of people who might be watching with you.
