This week Lisa Batiashvili starts a series of European performances celebrating the 100th birthday of composer Henri Dutilleux, with the first concert taking place on 9 December at Wiener Musikverein. Lisa, along with Valeriy Sokolov, Gérard Caussé, Gautier Capuçon and Frank Braley perform chamber music by Dutilleux as well as Ravel, Debussy and Schubert.
After Vienna they perform at Tonhalle Zürich (13 December) as part of Lisa’s Tonhalle residency, Philharmonie 2 (Cité de la musique) in Paris (22 January), Concertgebouw Amsterdam (23 January) and London’s Wigmore Hall (24 January).
