The 2026/27 season sees him perform as a soloist with orchestras such as Bern Symphony, Staatsphilharmonie Nürnberg, Dresdner Philharmonie, Hofkapelle Meiningen and Stuttgarter Kammerorchester, working with conductors including Constantinos Carydis, Aivis Greters, Killian Farrell and Paweł Kapuła.
Recent highlights include appearances as soloist with leading orchestras such as Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks, Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, Staatskapelle Dresden, Kammerakademie Potsdam, Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin, Riga Sinfonietta, Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra of the National Theatre in Brasilia and the Orquesta Sinfónica Simón Bolívar in Caracas. Friedrich Thiele has worked with renowned conductors including Daniele Gatti, Philippe Herreweghe, Mario Venzago and Michael Sanderling, and performed at major international venues such as Hamburg’s Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle, Konzerthaus Berlin, Meistersingerhalle Nürnberg and Herkulessaal Munich.
