10/2/2014
Continuing her regular presence on America’s major stages, Camilla Tilling returns to the Los Angeles Philharmonic in a programme of Berg’s Seven Early Songs in her first collaboration with conductor, Lionel Bringuier.
Camilla’s recent US schedule has featured Mahler’s Symphony No.2 at Carnegie Hall with Sir Simon Rattle and the Berliner Philharmoniker, St Matthew Passion with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra under Jaap van Zweden and Mahler’s Symphony No.4 with the Boston Symphony Orchestra under Bernard Haitink. She returns to this year’s Tanglewood Festival under Christoph von Dohnányi in Mahler’s Symphony No.2.
The Los Angeles programme, which also includes Brahms’ Variations on a Theme by Haydn and Beethoven’s Symphony No.4, is performed on 13, 15 and 16 February.
