Stephen Hough performs in Spain and France
This spring sees Stephen Hough give a series of performances in Spain and France.
On 15 and 16 May he travels to Spain with the BBC Philharmonic and Juanjo Mena to perform Rachmaninov’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini at Zaragoza’s Palacio de Congresos and the Teatro Arriaga in Bilbao.
Later in the week Hough appears with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Strasbourg and conductor Theodor Guschlbauer. Hough is the soloist in performances of Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 4 in Strasbourg on 18 May and in Metz on 20 May.
Hough also returns to France twice next month, performing with the Orchestre National de Lille on 9 June and in recital at La Grange de Meslay on 24 June.
