Conductor Rossen Gergov joins HarrisonParrott

HarrisonParrott is delighted to announce an agreement with Rossen Gergov for worldwide general management.

The young Bulgarian conductor is gaining widespread recognition for his work both on the concert platform and in the opera pit, in repertoire from Mozart to the most challenging of contemporary works. Recent performances at Opera North - Mieczyslaw Weinberg’s The Portrait, Wiener Volksoper - Die Fledermaus and the Bregenzer Festspiele - the opening concert of the 2010 festival with the Wiener Symphoniker - have consolidated his place as one of the brightest of today’s emerging conducting talents.

Gergov is also well established on the concert platform, having performed with with such orchestras as the BBC Symphony and BBC Scottish Symphony orchestras, Tonkünstlerorchester, Sinfonieorchester Basel and Sapporo Symphony Orchestra, the Ensemble Orchestral de Paris and Century Orchestra Osaka.
