Oleg Tsibulko

Bass Oleg Tsibulko joins HarrisonParrott for general management

Moldovan-born bass Oleg Tsibulko has joined HarrisonParrott for general management, excluding Russia. The signing comes immediately following his Second Prize win at the 2013 Neue Stimmen Competition. 

Previously successful in competitions, including Third Prize at the Glinka International Vocal Contest in Moscow in 2011, Tsibulko is currently a company member of the Bolshoi Opera. 

Having joined the Bolshoi Young Artists Programme in October 2011, Oleg Tsibulko made his Bolshoi Theatre debut as Sarastro (Die Zauberflöte) and has subsequently performed additional roles including Colline (La boheme), Angelotti (Tosca) and, last season, Count Rodolfo (La sonnambula). 

In 2012, Tsibulko made his debut at the Great Hall of the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow, as Sparafucile in concert performances of Rigoletto. Engagements elsewhere include appearances as Salieri (Rimsky-Korsakov's Mozart and Salieri), as King Rene (Iolanta) and as Gremin (Eugene Onegin) at the National Opera of the Republic of Moldova.
