Abduraimov debuts with Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia and RLPO

Behzod Abduraimov makes two high-profile debuts over the coming weeks in the UK and Italy. On 23 September he performs  Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 20 with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Vasily Petrenko as part of the orchestra's Sunday Afternoon Classics series at Liverpool's Philharmonic Hall.

Abduraimov's debut in Liverpool is immediately followed by another first performance, with Rome's L'Orchestra dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia on 27 September, performing Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No.1 under Carlo Rizzari. Behzod then returns to the UK the following week for a performance with Maxim Vengerov, Kiri Te Kanawa and the English Chamber Orchestra in a gala concert at Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall.
