Pablo Heras-Casado makes his debut at Salzburger Festspiele

Pablo Heras-Casado makes his debut at the Salzburger Festspiele at the Kollegienkirche. The Spaniard conducts Klangforum Wien and soprano Elīna Garanča on 31 July in works by Lutoslawski, Dallapiccola, Berio and Boulez.
This high profile debut follows the recent announcement that Pablo will record two discs for Harmonia Mundi, to be released in 2013. Heras-Casado looks forward to further debuts next season, including with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome, the New York Philharmonic and at the Metropolitan Opera.
