Pierre-Laurent Aimard performs recital at International Piano Series

Pierre-Laurent Aimard performs the first of his two recitals in the International Piano Series this Autumn, on Tuesday 8 November in London's Queen Elizabeth Hall. The inventive programme, to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Liszt, reflects his influence on 20th & 21st century composers including Bartók, Ravel, Messiaen and Marco Stroppa. Pierre-Laurent has also recorded this programme as part of his new two-CD release for Deutsche Grammophon: ‘The Liszt Project’.
