Martin Grubinger begins residency at Kölner Philharmonie

Martin Grubinger starts his season-long residency at Kölner Philharmonie with two recitals on 19 & 21 October. The second of these projects is built around Iannis Xenakis's percussion works Psappha and Pleiades, while the first presents a new arrangement of Stravinsky's Sacre du Printemps for three percussionists and two pianos along Bartók's Sonata for Piano and Percussion and Stockhausen's Schlagtrio.
