Susanna Mälkki and Peter Eötvös perform with Lucerne Festival Academy

Both Susanna Mälkki and Peter Eötvös conduct the Lucerne Festival Academy this week in varied programmes.
On 6 September, Susanna Mälkki conducts a homage to Stockhausen with students of the Lucerne Festival Academy and Oliver Hagen at the Lucerne Hall. Five days later, Peter Eötvös conducts the Lucerne Festival Academy Orchestra in a concert alongside Pierre Boulez in repertoire including Punkte by Stockhausen and Photoptosis by Zimmermann.
