Juanita Lascarro sings in L'etoile for Oper Frankfurt

Soprano Juanita Lascarro sings Lazuli in the new David Alden production of Chabrier’s L’etoile at Oper Frankfurt. An opéra-bouffe in three acts, the work was first performed in 1877 in Paris. The new production opens with a performance in Frankfurt on 2 October, conducted by Henrik Namasi.
