Oliver Knussen conducts Britten’s Rape of Lucretia in Aldeburgh Festival, the Netherlands and Luxembourg

Oliver Knussen conducts Britten’s Rape of Lucretia as part of the annual Aldeburgh Festival, with performances in Snape Maltings Concert Hall on 11 & 13 June. He then takes the same production on tour to Europe, with performances in Amsterdam’s Muziekgebouw on 15 June and the Salle de Concerts Grande-Duchesse Joséphine-Charlotte in Luxembourg on 19 June. The high-profile cast features soloists such as Ian Bostridge, Susan Gritton, Christopher Purves, Benjamin Russell, Peter Coleman-Wright, Angelika Kirchschlager, Hilary Summers and Claire Booth.
