Martin Fröst makes his debut with La Verdi and Xian Zhang in an all-American programme of clarinet concertos by Copland and Shaw. The Auditorium de Milano performances will also feature Bernstein’s Symphonic Dances from West Side Story as well as Gershwin’s American in Paris and Symphonic Pictures from Porgy and Bess.
