David Zinman conducts Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra in three concerts

David Zinman returns to Amsterdam to conduct three concerts with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra on 17, 18 & 20 March. The concerts are the last in the orchestra’s "Mahler+" series and will include his Nicht zu Schnell, arranged by Colin Matthews, and the Dutch premiere of Mark-Anthony Turnage’s Texan Tenebrae, co-commissioned by the orchestra, the Festival de Musica de Canarias for the London Philharmonic Orchestra and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. The programme also includes Britten’s Sinfonia da Requiem and Schumann’s Symphony No. 4.
