Christoph von Dohnányi conducts Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra

Christoph von Dohnányi conducts the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra in three concerts on 9, 10 & 11 March. The programme will include Henze’s opera Die Bassariden, Ives’ Unanswered Question and Brahms’ Symphony No. 1. Henze’s opera was premiered by Dohnányi and the Wiener Philharmoniker in 1966 at the Salzburg Festival.
