Susanna Mälkki becomes a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music
Susanna Mälkki has been elected a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music, London. She will receive the award from HRH The Duchess of Gloucester, president of the Academy, at a graduation ceremony on Wednesday 30 June. Fellowships are awarded to exceptional individuals who have distinguished themselves in the world of music, with other notable recipients of the FRAM including Dame Felicity Lott and Sir Simon Rattle.
