Reviews
“Richard Berkeley-Steele’s Melot is brilliantly acted and sung.” (Evening Standard, September 2009)
“Richard Berkeley-Steele as Tannhäuser was impressive. His firm, youthful-sounding voice was strong across the range and he displayed remarkable stamina.” (Mosman Daily, October 2007)
“Richard Berkeley-Steele further builds his marvellously accomplished Siegfried – quite the most complete performance of the role I’ve ever seen in the theatre – with courage, stamina, and an electric response to text. You can hear every word. His gauche charm is beautifully conveyed.” (The Independent, April 2005)
