REVIEWS
"... the conductor Michael Sanderling impressively controls dynamics and rhythm. His precise conducting allowed the orchestra to realise finest details, dramatic vehemence and verve..." (Echo Online, November 2010)
"Sanderling has this ability to let the score‘s symphonic dimension unfold. He has all skills of a sound designer. Balance and tone colour were perfect, even in the densely orchestrated passages the sound was transparent. These are Sanderling‘s qualities that made Tchaikovsky‘s Symphony No. 1, a rarely presented symphony with almost experimental ideas of instrumentation, a great experience." (Neue Züricher Zeitung, June 2010)
