Biography
Lascarro returns to the Staatsoper Unter den Linden Berlin this season under Sir Simon Rattle as Princess Laoula in a rare staging of Chabrier’s L’etoile - the role in which she made debut there in 2010. Further performances at the Oper Frankfurt will include the same role in David Alden’s new production of L’etoile, and appearances as Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni) and Fiordiligi (Cosi fan tutte). Miss Lascarro will also return to the Theater an der Wien to sing the role of Antonia in William Friedkin’s new production of Les contes d’Hoffmann conducted by Richardo Frizza.
