Biography
Increasingly it’s the Slavonic roles which lie at the heart of Garry Magee’s repertoire. In recent seasons he has appeared as Fernando (Betrothal in a Monastery) at Théâtre du Capitole Toulouse and at Théâtre National de l’Opéra Comique, as Robert (Iolanta) at Quincena Musical de San Sebastian and has performed the title role in Eugene Onegin at the Salle Pleyel with Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse under Tugan Sokhiev and also for Welsh National Opera under Alexander Polianichko.
